How it works:
First, your Hygia Health Services representative will work with you to determine the devices eligible to be reprocessed and the cost savings you will achieve based on your volume. We will then arrange recovery container placement, staff training, device pick-up and return process, and manage compliance to achieve the agreed savings goals. A customized report on your reprocessing activity and savings provides immediate feedback and allows for ultimate control of the process.

Customized Programs:
As we test each device before sending them back to you, naturally not all of them will meet our high quality of standards and therefore will not be returned. That is why we offer customized programs for our customers that wish to get the same number of devices back. We maintain an inventory of SUDs that we have reprocessed, disinfected, tested for functionality, packaged, and appropriately labeled to ensure your inventory is exactly what you need it to be.
